Context:
As the lead in sustainability, Eoghan works across the business to support more sustainable practices;
Challenges:
He noticed that as a large IT business they didn’t not elevate much consciousness when it comes to digital impact, hence the idea to run a tailored Digital Collage specifically for dedicated teams.
Outcomes:
- Massive learnings on upstream and downstream impact of IT/Tech.
- Clear identification of ways to improve the design of products and reduce downstream impacts.
- Connection between various teams that were not working together then now will keep that conversation going to share results.

‘I worked with Jim to organise the delivery of a series of transformative workshops at SITA, the world’s largest provider of communications and information to the air transport industry.
The goal of the workshops was to engage and educate a cross section of global colleagues on the environmental and social impact of technology, and to provoke a shift in internal practices and culture to identify opportunities to reduce the impact of our products.
An important element of this was to take the existing “Digital Collage” format and tailor it to SITA’s unique context. Jim and his delivery partner Ash Goddard took the time to understand our needs and were easy to work with, responsive, flexible and worked with me to ensure the content and facilitation of the workshops met our requirements.
The team tailored and delivered 3 excellent workshops which were relevant to and engaging for the audience, and improved with each iteration. Having attended the workshops, participants had overwhelmingly positive feedback, demonstrably more knowledge and were inspired to act.
