AI Readiness Assessment

Is your leadership team ready to decide on AI?

10 questions, 2 minutes. See where your leadership stands.

Most leadership teams have not tested whether they actually agree on AI. Individual views form quickly, pilots start in different functions and nobody establishes whether the people sponsoring those decisions share the same picture.

This free AI readiness assessment takes about two minutes. Ten questions explore how AI is entering your organisation, who is making decisions, what governance is already in place and how confident your leaders feel making those calls.

At the end, you will receive your readiness band along with a short explanation of what it means. There are three possible results: Deciding Blind, Fragmented, and Aligned and Moving. Many leadership teams are surprised by where they land.

The assessment is designed for boards, executive committees and senior leadership teams. It takes just one person to complete, but it becomes even more useful when several colleagues take it separately and compare their answers.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I take the AI readiness assessment?

Because most leadership teams have never tested whether they actually agree on AI, and they assume they do. Two minutes gives you an honest answer: whether your leaders are deciding blind, fragmented across functions, or genuinely aligned and moving. If several colleagues take it separately, the differences between your answers are the finding. It costs two minutes, there is no obligation to book anything, and it is considerably cheaper than discovering the gap halfway through an AI roadmap.
