So we design bespoke sessions to deliver exactly that. Built from scratch around where your people already are, these follow-on formats pick up where the first session left off and take teams from awareness into practical, owned action. Sometimes that is a single deeper session. Sometimes it becomes a format your own teams are trained to deliver, so the capability lives inside your organisation.
