Attend a
workshop
Before anyone facilitates a session, they first experience it as a participant.
Depending on your programme, this could be Climate Fresk, Biodiversity Collage, Digital Collage, Energy Collage or Construction Collage.
This step matters because facilitators should understand the experience from the participant's side before they are responsible for guiding others through it.
Complete Facilitator Development
Selected participants then complete a dedicated facilitator session with DecarbonEaser, either in-person or online.
They explore the content and science in greater depth, develop facilitation techniques, learn how to manage group dynamics and practise delivery with structured feedback.
Deliver With Ongoing Support
Once ready, your internal facilitators can begin running sessions for colleagues, teams and business units.
We remain available as the programme develops, with coaching, refresher sessions, updated materials and access to facilitator support when needed.
